Every repair we do carries this warranty. If a part we installed or work we performed fails on its own — not from a drop, not from an accident — we make it right, no charge. That's standard, and every honest shop offers something like it.

Different. This covers life — you dropping it again. Crack the new screen within 12 months and we replace it once, free, no questions. One covers defects. The other covers Tuesday.

How It Works

    We replace your screen — or you buy an eligible device from us.

    Eligibility is confirmed at the counter and noted on your receipt. Ask if you're unsure — we'll tell you straight.

    Crack that screen within 12 months — we replace it once, free.

    Even full spider-web cracking is covered. Bring the device in, show your receipt, and we'll replace it. No fee.

  3. 3

    Used your free replacement? Re-activate the guarantee.

    One-time renewal fee of $20–$50 depending on your device (quoted at the counter), renewable up to four times in one year. The clumsiest year of your life can still be a covered one.
