You sign out of iCloud or your Google account yourself, then we factory-reset the device while you watch. You see the setup screen before any money changes hands. Never share or send us an account password; we will not buy a device that remains locked to an account.

Broken devices
Broken usually still has value
Because we do board-level repair in-house, we can reclaim parts and fix devices that most buyers won't touch. Cracked screens, dead batteries, liquid damage, won't-turn-on — the offer reflects the condition, but it's rarely zero. Sometimes the honest answer is that a device is worth more repaired than sold. When that's the case, we'll tell you.

Usually still worth something. Screen cost is deducted from the offer.
Won't turn on
We diagnose it free. If it's repairable, we'll quote the repair vs. the sell price.

Do I need to wipe my device before I bring it in?
No — we do it with you present, before we pay you. You sign out of iCloud or your Google account yourself, then we run a factory reset while you watch. Never send us an account password. We cannot buy a device that remains locked to an account.
