How to find your serial number
iPhone or iPad
Go to Settings → General → About. The serial number is listed there. If the screen won't turn on, the serial number is engraved on the SIM tray or the back of older models.
Android phone or tablet
Go to Settings → About phone → Status (exact path varies by manufacturer). Samsung devices also show IMEI at Settings → About phone → IMEI information. You can also dial *#06# on any Android to display the IMEI instantly.
MacBook or Mac
Click the Apple menu → About This Mac. The serial number appears in the overview tab. It is also printed on the underside of the MacBook, near the regulatory markings.
PlayStation 5
The serial number is on a sticker on the back of the console. You can also find it at Settings → System → System Information.
PlayStation 4
On the back of the console on a white sticker, and at Settings → System → System Information.
Xbox Series X / S or Xbox One
On the back or bottom of the console. Also available at Settings → System → Console info.
Nintendo Switch
On the back of the console, below the Nintendo logo. Also available at System Settings → System → Serial Numbers.
Steam Deck
On the back of the device, below the Valve logo. Also visible in Steam → Settings → System.
DJI Drone
On a sticker on the body or battery compartment. Also visible in the DJI Fly app under Aircraft → About.

Data privacy
Wiped before we pay you — in front of you
We sign you out of iCloud or your Google account and factory-reset the device while you watch. You see the screen return to the setup screen before any money changes hands. Bring your passcode and your account password — without them we cannot sign the device out, and we will not buy a device that is still locked to an account.
Before you arrive
- iPhone / iPadKnow your Apple ID email and password. Find My can stay on — we'll sign you out together.
- Android / SamsungKnow your Google account password. We'll remove the account and reset to factory settings.
- MacBookKnow your Apple ID. We'll sign out of iCloud and erase via System Settings.

Broken devices
Broken usually still has value
Because we do board-level repair in-house, we can reclaim parts and fix devices that most buyers won't touch. Cracked screens, dead batteries, liquid damage, won't-turn-on — the offer reflects the condition, but it's rarely zero. Sometimes the honest answer is that a device is worth more repaired than sold. When that's the case, we'll tell you.

No — we do it with you present, before we pay you. We sign you out of iCloud or your Google account, run a factory reset, and you watch the whole thing.
