How should I prepare my device before selling?
Back up your data, then perform a factory reset to wipe your personal information. For iPhones, sign out of iCloud and disable Find My iPhone before bringing it in. For Android devices, remove your Google account. For MacBooks, sign out of iCloud and erase the device via System Settings. We can assist with this process if needed.

Do you buy iPhones that are still on a payment plan or carrier locked?
We can buy carrier-locked devices but the offer will be lower than for an unlocked device. We cannot buy iPhones that still have an active iCloud lock (Find My iPhone enabled by a previous owner) as these cannot be resold. Devices on active finance plans may also affect the offer — please disclose this upfront.
