We diagnose cracked glass, touch faults, lines, ink-like spots and black displays. The correct repair depends on the exact iPad and whether the glass, touch layer, display or frame is damaged, so we identify and test it before providing the final quote.
We first confirm the A-number, then test image, touch response and controls and inspect the frame and connectors. That determines whether the device needs a screen-related repair or whether another fault is causing the symptom.
Eligible repairs include the standard 90-day warranty. Qualifying iPad screen repairs may also add the optional one-year screen-breakage warranty. We confirm availability and full terms with your quote.

Look in Settings under General and About, or in the small print on the back. In Settings, tap the Model Number if it begins with M to reveal the A-number.
