Laser calibration

A lazy laser that sometimes reads can often be brought back to reliable operation with proper calibration and output adjustment.

Deep clean & restoration

Internal dust and grime removal, contact cleaning, and yellowed-shell retrobriting treatment.

Shell replacement

Cracked or badly discolored housings replaced with quality aftermarket shells.

PSone LCD screen repair

We service the PSone LCD screen accessory — the clip-on screen for the slim PSone model.

A genuine collector's console now

The PS1 is a genuine collector's console now, and a clean, working unit is worth keeping. Whether it's the one from your childhood or a shelf find, we can get it reading discs reliably again and looking the part — cleaned up, fresh shell, tight controller ports. Few shops still service the PS1 properly; we do it because it is worth doing right.

From customers

Reign King — Google Review

It was my first time getting my PlayStation ever repaired and I was very nervous and I was really scared, but I took my PlayStation here. It only cost around $100 and it was a great experience. My PlayStation has been good ever since if you are nervous to get your PlayStation fixed for the first time, this is the greatest place to go to.

How it works

  1. 1

    Diagnostic and laser test

We open the console, measure laser output power, test the disc mechanism, inspect the board for corrosion or cap condition, and check all ports — before quoting.

  2. 2

    Laser cleaning, calibration, or replacement

We clean the lens, adjust the potentiometer to correct output power, and replace the laser assembly or full disc mechanism when calibration alone is not enough.

  3. 3

    Board, port, and power repair

Power supply faults, damaged controller or memory card port sockets, and any board-level issues are addressed in this step.

  4. 4

Disc read and AV output test

We test with multiple disc titles and verify audio and video output before returning the console to you.
