What is Covered?
Every eligible screen we replace comes with Covered Screen. If it cracks again within 12 months, we replace it once for free. Covered Plus and Covered Everything extend that to the whole phone and your other devices.
Can I mail my device in?
Yes, from anywhere in the U.S. We diagnose it within one business day of arrival and ship it back insured, free.
What if you can’t fix it?
You don’t pay. The diagnostic is free.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes. UNC Charlotte students get 10% off every repair with a 49ers ID.
Do you buy used phones and devices?
Yes. Tell us what you have and we’ll text you an offer, paid in cash the same day or as store credit. We don’t buy TVs or monitors.
