72-pin connector & cartridge slot rebuild
NES, SNES, N64, Sega — we clean, re-pin, or replace the cartridge connector so games load reliably every time.
Capacitor recap
Dried-out or leaking caps on SNES, N64, original Xbox, PS2, and Game Boy recapped with fresh components before they damage the board.
HDMI output mods
Hi-Def NES, HDMI for SNES / N64 / GameCube (Carby) and PS2 — clean digital signal on any modern TV with no lag adapters.
Disc drive repair
PS1, PS2, GameCube — laser assembly replacement or drive mechanism repair to restore reliable disc reading of all game types.
Clock capacitor removal
The original Xbox and PS2 slim both have clock caps famous for leaking board acid. We remove and replace them before they destroy the board.
Board-level fault repair
Blown fuses, failed voltage regulators, corroded traces — board-level diagnosis and hand-soldering repair on all vintage hardware.

Franchises and big-box chains make money on speed: swap a screen, swap a battery, done in 30 minutes. Retro console repair doesn't work that way. A leaking PS2 clock cap needs a microscope, a soldering iron, and someone who knows what they're looking at. A dead NES needs the 72-pin connector rebuilt and the board cleaned — tasks that take time and skill, not a parts machine.
