Can't Make Our Hours? Use the Secure Drop Box.
If our 10 AM–7 PM hours don't work for you — night shift, a commute, a class schedule — you don't have to wait. Our secure drop box lets you leave your device on your time and collect it on your time. Available to any customer.
- 1Call (980) 890-4990 and describe the repair. We'll approve the request and give you a price expectation before anything is dropped.
- 2We issue you a one-time code, generated for your visit only — not a shared combination.
- 3Drop your device securely whenever it suits you.
- 4We call you with the diagnosis and a firm quote. No work starts until you approve.
- 5Collect it the same way, with a one-time code, on your schedule.
One-time codes only. Your device is the only one that code ever opens.
