How far is Charlotte Tech Repair from UNC Charlotte?

We are 0.8 miles west of the UNCC main entrance on W.T. Harris Blvd — a 5-minute drive or short Uber/Lyft from any campus building. Walk-ins welcome.

Why not just use campus tech support?

Campus tech services are a reasonable first call for software and account issues, but most do not handle cracked screens, liquid damage, or board-level repairs in-house. We do those repairs same day, offer a loaner laptop while yours is in (deposit applies toward your repair), and back every repair with a 90-day workmanship warranty.

Can you fix a MacBook that got water or liquid damage?

Yes. We perform board-level micro-soldering to repair liquid-damaged MacBooks, replacing only the failed components rather than the entire logic board. This is far cheaper than a manufacturer's flat-rate board swap — and your data stays intact.
