The Blue Line runs right through your neighborhood — board at Carson, Bland Street, East/West Blvd, New Bern, or Scaleybark and ride north toward UNC Charlotte, no transfer needed. Hop off at the station nearest W.T. Harris Blvd, then it's a short rideshare along Harris to our door. Screens and Back Glass — Because Gravity Wins Sometimes

Front screen from $69, and yes, we do back glass properly — not the “buy a case and forget it” answer you got elsewhere. Batteries that die mid-happy-hour, charging ports, cameras. Most done in under an hour, all backed by our 90-day workmanship warranty.

We Take Your Setup as Seriously as You Do

PS5 HDMI ports repaired at board level (not shipped away for three weeks), Switch charge ports, controller drift, overheating fixes — and if you're ready to stop gaming on a laptop, we build custom PCs to your budget and parts list. We'll also upgrade what you've got: GPU, SSD, cooling, the works. Retro gear too, if the N64 made the move with you.

Personal MacBook Down? That's Us.

Your work laptop has a help desk; your personal one has us. Board-level repairs from $149–$300 for machines the Apple Store quotes $700+ to fix, liquid damage (a spilled beer counts), batteries, screens — plus in-house data recovery from $99 if the files matter more than the machine. Free diagnostics, and if we can't fix it, you don't pay.

FAQ

Questions from South End

There are repair shops closer to South End. Why you?

For a basic screen swap, a nearby shop is a fair choice. Come to us for the stuff they don't do: proper back glass repair, board-level micro-soldering, PS5 HDMI work done in-house, custom PC builds, and data recovery. And if you're car-free, we're one Blue Line ride with no transfer — sometimes that beats closer.

Can I really get there without a car?

Yes — board the Blue Line at any South End station heading toward UNC Charlotte, get off near W.T. Harris Blvd, and it's a short rideshare from the station. Around 45 minutes door to door. Drop your device, grab food, and it's often ready before you're back on the platform.

Do you build gaming PCs from scratch?

Yes. Bring us a budget and a wishlist — or just a budget — and we'll spec, source, build, cable-manage, and stress-test it. We also do upgrades on existing rigs: GPUs, SSDs, RAM, cooling, and cleanups that drop your temps.

My PS5 says no signal. Is it the HDMI port?

Usually, yes — it's one of the most common PS5 failures and one of the few repairs done at board level. We replace the port in-house, typically in 1–2 hours same day, so you can pick it up the same visit.

I spilled a drink on my MacBook. What do I do right now?

Power it off, don't charge it, don't put it in rice, and get it to us fast. We treat the board itself for corrosion — the sooner it arrives, the better your odds, and even in worst cases we can usually recover your data.

What's the warranty?

Every repair is backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty covering the parts we installed and the work we performed.
