When you book a repair, start a mail-in or ask us for an offer on a device, we collect what you type into the form: your name, mobile number, email (if you give it), the device and problem, your notes, and for mail-in, your return address. If you add photos of a device you want to sell, we receive those photos. When you visit the site, our host (Vercel Web Analytics) and Google Analytics record basic technical data such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this; you can block them in your browser or with Google’s opt-out add-on. We do not use advertising cookies.

We use your details to book and carry out your repair, send you updates and your ticket number, prepare your quote or offer, ship your device back, answer your questions, and keep records we need for warranty claims and accounting. We use anonymous visit statistics to improve the site.

If you book or request an offer, you agree that we can text you about that repair or offer from our shop number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We never sell your mobile number or share it with anyone for their marketing.

We share information only with the companies that help us run the shop and this site, and only what they need: our website host (Vercel), our email provider, our texting provider, shipping carriers for mail-in returns, and, if you use the "describe your device" helper, an AI provider that receives only the text you typed so it can suggest a model. We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

We only access what we need to test the repair. We do not browse, copy or keep your personal files unless you ask us to recover or transfer them. Data recovery work is done for you and the recovered data is returned to you. Please back up your device before any repair.

We keep repair records for as long as we need them for warranty, legal and accounting reasons, and then delete them. Photos you send with a sell request are deleted once the offer is closed.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling (980) 890-4990 or texting (980) 446-0767. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
