What every repair includes, and how Covered Screen works.
90-day warranty on every repair
If a part we fitted or our workmanship fails within 90 days, we fix it free. It covers our parts and our work. It doesn’t cover new accidental damage, which is what Covered is for.
Covered Screen
Every eligible screen we replace includes Covered Screen for 12 months. If that screen cracks again, we replace it once for free. Keep your receipt.
- Covers cracked glass, including spider-web cracks
- Screens we installed, and eligible devices bought from us
- One free replacement per 12 months, renewable up to four times a year
Not covered
Holes or punctures, back glass, frame damage, bent devices, liquid damage, and lost or stolen devices. Covered Screen stays with the device and isn’t transferable.
