What condition actually means
Condition is the single biggest factor in your offer after model. Here is exactly how we define each grade.
Powers on, no cracks, Face ID / Touch ID working, original battery at 80% or above. Minor surface marks acceptable. This is the price shown in the 'Working' column.
Powers on and fully functional but has visible scratches, scuffs, or worn corners. Battery may be below 80%. Everything works — it just looks used.
Screen is broken or shattered but device powers on and responds to touch. We deduct our screen repair cost from the offer — see the 'Cracked' column.
Won't power on, severe liquid damage, or multiple faults. We do board-level iPhone repair in-house, so there's usually still some value. See the 'Dead' column.
Data privacy
Your data leaves with you
We sign you out of iCloud and factory-reset the iPhone while you watch, before any money changes hands. The screen goes back to the setup screen — you see it happen. Nothing is copied, transferred, or recovered after you leave.
What to bring:your Apple ID email and password. Find My can stay on — we'll sign you out together. Without your Apple ID credentials we can't deactivate Find My, and we won't buy a device that's still linked to an account.
The wipe process, step by step
- 1You unlock the phone and hand it to us, or we work through it together.
- 2We open Settings → [Your Name] → Sign Out, using your Apple ID password.
- 3Find My is disabled as part of sign-out — this is what carriers and buyers require.
- 4We go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset → Erase All Content.
- 5You watch the screen reset to the language selector — it's done.
- 6We pay you. The phone is no longer associated with your account.

Do I need to erase my iPhone before I come in?
No — we do it with you present. We sign you out of iCloud and factory-reset the device while you watch, before we pay. Bring your Apple ID email and password; without them we can't deactivate Find My, and we won't buy a device that's still locked to an account.
My iPhone has a cracked screen but works fine. How much does that affect the price?
We deduct what it costs us to put a quality screen on it. For most models that's $60–$130 off the working price. The 'Cracked' column in the table above already accounts for this.
Do I get more for higher storage?
Yes, on higher-end models. A 256GB iPhone 15 Pro is worth $20–$40 more than a 128GB. For older or mid-range models the difference is smaller. Storage and condition are both factored into your in-person quote.
My iPhone won't turn on. Is it worth anything?
Usually yes. We do board-level iPhone repair — so we can often recover dead iPhones for parts or refurbishment at a value most buyers won't offer. Bring it in for a free assessment. The 'Dead' column above shows typical ranges.
Can I trade my iPhone toward a repair on another device?
Yes, and it's often the best deal. Your trade-in credit is applied directly to the repair cost. A lot of customers trade an older iPhone to offset a MacBook screen repair or a PS5 HDMI fix.
How long does it take?
Walk-ins are welcome. Most iPhone sell transactions — inspection, data wipe, payment — take 15–25 minutes. We pay same day in cash or store credit.
What if your in-person offer is lower than what the table shows?
The table shows ranges for good-condition working devices. If the actual condition is worse — battery health lower than expected, hidden damage, a prior repair that affects resale — the offer will be lower. We'll explain exactly what we found. There's never any obligation to accept.
Do you buy iPhones with a cracked back?
Yes. A cracked back glass is less impactful than a cracked screen. It affects value, but less dramatically — expect a $20–$60 deduction depending on the model and severity.
