This silver MacBook came in after a liquid spill. We took it down to the top case, swapped the old keyboard for a new one, then put it back together and powered it on.

What we found
The owner told us about the spill. On this MacBook the keyboard is screwed into the top case from the inside, so the battery and internals come out before the keyboard can.
