Logic board bypass or chip-off extraction
Depending on the failure type, we either bypass the damaged logic board using specialised hardware, or perform a chip-off extraction to access the NAND storage directly. Both methods recover your files without needing the device to be operational.

File extraction and verification
We extract your photos, videos, contacts, messages, and documents, then verify each file is intact and readable before delivery. We prioritise the file types you identify as most important.

Secure delivery
Recovered files are transferred to a new drive or your preferred device. You only pay on success. All data is handled with strict confidentiality and our copies are securely deleted once you confirm receipt.
