Signs you need this repair
Phones lose value every month they sit unused. If you upgraded and kept the old one as a backup, now is a better time to sell than later.
When a cracked screen or dead battery would cost close to the phone's value, selling it broken and moving on can make more sense.
Dead phones still have value. We do board-level repair in-house, so we can often use phones other buyers turn away.
Trading an old phone toward a repair on the phone you actually use is often the best value for both.
Financed phones are accepted. Just know the remaining balance with your carrier stays yours to pay.

What usually causes it
Newer models and higher storage sizes bring higher offers. The model year matters most.
Screen, back glass, frame and buttons all count. A cracked screen lowers the offer by roughly what the repair would cost us.
We check battery health, cameras, Face ID or fingerprint, charging and speakers. Each fault comes off the price.
A phone still tied to an Apple ID or Google account can't be bought. Signing out at the counter clears that up.
A clean earlier repair has little effect. Poor-quality parts or damage from a previous repair lower the offer.

Walk in during store hours, no appointment needed. Working, cracked or not powering on, bring it as it is.

We check model, storage, condition, battery health and lock status, then give you a firm offer. We show you what affected the price.
- 4Sign out and wipe
You sign out of iCloud or your Google account and turn off Find My yourself; we never ask for your passwords. Then the phone is erased in front of you.
- 5Get paid the same day
Take cash on the spot, or apply the value as credit toward a repair on another device. You leave with the money, not a promise.
How long it takes
Payment is same day. Once you're at the counter, the inspection, sign-out and wipe happen while you wait, and you leave paid. A phone that won't power on takes a little longer to evaluate.

Before you bring it in
- Back up photos, messages and contacts before you come in.
- Make sure you know your Apple ID or Google password so you can sign out at the counter.
- Move your eSIM or pull your SIM card so your number goes to your new phone.
- Take off the case and screen protector so the phone can be inspected.
- If the phone is financed, check your remaining balance with your carrier.
Repair or sell?
If the phone is recent and the damage is one part, like a screen or battery, repairing and keeping it is usually worth more to you than selling it. If it is several years old, needs multiple repairs, or you already have a replacement, selling it as-is gets you money now and saves you the repair cost. Thinking of fixing it yourself?
You can sell a phone yourself on Facebook Marketplace, Swappa or eBay and sometimes get more than a store offer. The tradeoffs are listing time, meeting strangers, fake payment screenshots, buyers who claim it arrived broken, and fees. Broken phones are especially hard to sell privately. If you go that route, meet somewhere public, take payment before handing it over, and erase the phone only after you've signed out of your account. After your repair
- Remove the sold phone from your Apple ID or Google account device list online.
- Cancel any insurance or protection plan on the old phone.
- Confirm your number and messages are working on your new phone.
- If you took repair credit, use it on the device that needs it while the quote is fresh.

Do you buy phones that are cracked or not working?
Yes. Cracked, water-damaged and phones that won't turn on all have value to us because we do board-level repair in-house. The offer reflects the condition.
Will my personal data be erased safely?
Yes. You sign out of your account and the phone is erased in front of you before you're paid. You don't need to wipe it before you come.
Can I put my trade-in value toward a repair?
Yes. You can take the value as credit toward a repair on another device, such as fixing the phone you're keeping.
How do you decide how much my phone is worth?
Model, storage, condition, battery health, function and lock status. We inspect it with you and show you what moved the number.
Do you pay in cash or credit?
Your choice. Cash the same day, or credit toward a repair.
Do you buy financed phones?
