Blue Light of Death
A pulsing blue light that never turns white means the PS4 can't complete its boot sequence. Common causes: power supply fault, HDMI handshake failure, or APU heat damage. We diagnose the actual root cause — not just the symptom.
No Picture / HDMI Port
PS4 powers on, controller lights up, but the TV shows nothing. Almost always a failed HDMI port — the socket's pins break internally or the port pulls away from the board. We micro-solder a replacement port at board level.
Overheating & Loud Fan
